Dallas/Fort Worth Marriott Solana has completed an extensive renovation and expansion. Our renewed hotel has added 94 guest rooms for a total of 294 sleeping quarters. Denver Tech Center’s “Clearly Colorado” Renovation

The Denver Marriot Tech Center will embark on the third phase of the three phase renovation that began in January 2006. The renovation has focused on elevating the hotel with a “Clearly Colorado” feel. In phase I, completed May 2006, all 628 rooms and suites were beautifully renovated. Phase II included a full renovation of the 12,000 square foot ballroom, including lighting and sound. Additionally, the Atrium and Lounge received major improvements which included the addition of a 3,000 square foot outdoor patio, Starbucks and freshening up of Compari’s, the hotel restaurant. Beginning November 2008, the hotel will receive the Great Room concept, a full renovation of the 10,000 square foot ballroom, break-out rooms and all foyers. After this phase, the hotel will have added two Executive Board Rooms.

Exceeding your Expectations in San Ramon

The San Ramon Marriott, just minutes away from Livermore Valley wine country, recently completed a $10 Million renovation of our health club and guestrooms. Our pool and fitness area were transformed into a state-of-the-art experience. A newly remodeled and heated outdoor pool will complement an extensively expanded health club, which has 22 brand new pieces of fitness equipment, including individual TV’s on each of the cardiovascular pieces. We completely remodeled our corridors and guestrooms. The new amenities include upgraded bathrooms with new vanity, tile, fixtures and lighting. The new guestrooms also feature flat screen TV's, a swivel work desk, new drapery, wall covering, carpet, light fixtures and art work.

JW Marriott Hotel San Francisco

JW Marriott San Francisco finalizes their $20 million+ transformation of its unique John Portman designed building in Union Square. Stunning new guest rooms, artistic corridors, and lively meeting and event spaces were completed in late 2007. The Lobby {reinvented} is underway and will reopen this spring as a unique combination of lounge, restaurant, lobby and living space. The restaurant concept called Level III-Social Food, Modern Cocktails will be integrated into the Lobby {reinvented} and occupy the third floor of the building which centers on the “Joie de Danse”, an Elbert Weinberg impressionistic sculpture of female forms dancing around a fountain.
